It is lightweight (1.5 to 2.5 lbs.), has a low starting temperature of -20º F and operates at greater than 90% efficiency. France warrants this ballast for four years from the date of manufacture. When used with Westrim T12 Lamp holders, it carries a five (5) year warranty.
