Save time and money when servicing signs with LCI's Ver-A-Volt tester.  The LCI Ver-A-Volt tester takes the guesswork out of problem solving.  When connected to an output lead on the ballast, a green LED on the tester will come on in 2 to 3 seconds– indicating the ballast is working properly.  If the green LED stays off or appears dim, the ballast is defective.   All output leads on the ballast can be tested in this manner.
