CUTTER BLADES |
Dixie Neon stocks blades for Roland, Ioline, Western Graphtec and Gerber. We stock both 45 and 60-degree blades for each manufacturer. Our after-market blades are supplied by Super Sharp Products and are available for shops not requiring original equipment 45 and 60 degree blades.
45 Degree Blade
This blade is designed to cut all grades of vinyl; premium, intermediate, and reflective. It is not recommended for very hard or thick materials.
60 Degree Blade
This blade is designed to cut very tough or thick material such as sandblast mask. With a steeper blade angle, it penetrates more easily and therefore will not bounce or skip as it
starts to cut.
