Akzo Grip-Flex® Plastic Sign Paint

Grip-Flex plastic sign paint was formulated and patented by Akzo Coatings when illuminated plastic signs were first introduced.  It performs on most rigid plastics and flexible vinyl substrates, and is specially formulated for application to acrylic, impact modified acrylic, polycarbonate, styrene and ABS. All colors are lead free, fade resistant, non bleeding and meet ecology standards.

• are designed for use with spray equipment and must be thinned prior to using.  Acceptable thinners are listed below.  The AKZO Sign Finishing Manual should be consulted for complete instructions.

• are sold by the gallon and may be shipped individually or in four-gallon cases. For UPS shipments, no more than two gallons may be shipped in a single carton.  A special box fee applies for each gallon and a hazardous shipment fee applies for each carton.
