These paints:

  • are designed for use with spray equipment. It is recommended that Series 20 colors be reduced up to 20% with Lacryl 200-T, Lacryl 201-T, Toluene or Xylene. Color charts are available upon request.
  • are sold by the gallon.  The gallons may be shipped individually or in four gallon cases.For UPS shipments, no more than two gallons may be shipped in a single carton.  A special box fee applies for each gallon and a hazardous shipment fee applies for each carton.

    Spraylat Lacryl series 20/30 Primer

    Spraylat Lacryl series 20/30 primer is a two component self-etching primer system designed for aluminum or steel.  It outperforms most commercially available primers with respect to water resistance and wet adhesion.  The primer and activator are each sold in one-gallon containers.  Mixing ratio is 1 part primer to 2 parts activator.  This primer system is designed for use with Lacryl Series 20 and Series 30 metal sign paints.

    Star-Brite Reflective Coating for Metal

    Star-Brite White reflective coating is a unique reflective coating designed specifically for the interior components of aluminum channel letters.  It provides exceptional reflectance values regardless of the light source.  It is ready to spray, but if dilution is desired, use 200-T or 201-T.  For interior applications, no primer is necessary and for exterior applications, 20/30 wash primer should be used. 

    MARK I Coating System

    MARK I is an advanced metal sign paint process that uses a universal colorant system to provide both a compliant 2.8 VOC formulation and a conventional 4.0 VOC formulation in a single coating system. MARK 1 is available in a full range of glosses and an extended range of intermix colors through Spraylat’s new Integrated Color Matching System. This coating system is also fast dry, smooth and very easy to apply in production. The weatherability of Spraylat’s MARK I coatings is excellent when applied over Spraylat’s recommended wash primer or epoxy primer.
