Notes:

• The height of the printed letter, not the panel height, determines letter size.  Panel height is 1" larger on 4" and 6" letters; 2" larger on most other sizes.  On 8" Econo- Commercial 300 packs, the letters are 8" on a 9" panel
• Other sizes, colors and styles (half-tone) can be special ordered.
• Stocked fonts are standard (letters only).  The Wagner catalog has a breakdown of letter and numeral quantities provided with each standard and/or commercial font.

Selecting a Wagner Zip-Change Letter Font

To determine the Font Size to Order – Multiply the total linear feet of changeable letter space in the sign (double faced signs double the linear feet) by the multiplier number listed below.

Font size formula – Length of row (sign) x number of rows x number of faces x multiplier = approximate font size.  A minimum 250 font should be ordered for a four line two sided 4' x 8' copy board.

Commercial Fonts (numbers included) and Standard Fonts (letters only) are available with 50 to 400 letters in a set.  Punctuation character sets can be purchased separately with 10 to 35 characters in a set.

Wagner Slotted Dimensional Letters – Guaranteed Unbreakable

Increase the effectiveness of every changeable copy board and marquee with these thicker, more dimensional, long lasting Wagner letters. They are sturdy and more readable because of their deep return, wide stroke and matte finish.  Manufactured from outdoor grade, high impact plastic, the "Black" letters are just about impossible to break.  The 4", 6", 8" and 10" letters are available in red or black and are guaranteed for three years.   

Wagner Zip-Change Track and Slotted Track

Wagner Zip-Change track is made of high impact clear acrylic plastic.  It comes in three
styles - top, mutual and bottom.  Each style is available in 8, 10 and 12-foot sections. 
Plasti-Bar is a clear extruded high impact acrylic bar used to mount Wagner dimensional (slotted) letters.  It is also comes in 8, 10 and 12 foot lengths.  All track is sold in individual pieces.  If shipping by UPS, 10 and 12-foot track must be coiled to meet package size limitations.

Wagner Letter Changers

Wagner's Zip-Changer allows easy handling of Zip-Letters from the ground.  It consists of a telescoping pole, a suction cup for grabbing the letter, and a fingertip control lever.  It is available in 12 and 18-foot lengths. 

The Wagner Mechanical Hand changer is used to change Wagner dimensional (slotted) letters.  It has mechanical fingers and is available in a 12-foot length.  Other lengths can be special ordered.

Wagner Zip-Change Storage Cabinets

Portable letter storage cabinets are available for every size letter.  Each letter has an individual compartment for easy selection and sorting.  The medium density fiber board cabinet is lightweight and has a capacity for a 300 font.

Wagner E·Z Trac™ Letters and Letter Holder for Changeable Signs (Special Order)

This unique combination of letters and letter holders provides a simple system that allows changing an entire line of readerboard of copy at one time while providing:
   - Proper letter spacing
   - Ability to approve copy before installation into readerboard
   - The ability to create messages comfortably indoors or outdoors.
   - Greater message impact.
   - A more efficient system to change sign messages and reduce time. 

E·Z Trac letters are held in place behind the letter-holder -- preventing letters from freezing in the track and eliminating broken letters, letters falling behind the rail, dirt behind the rail and blown out letters.  

Zip-Lite® Letters (Special Order)

This patented reverse copy letter system is available in a black or bronze matte finish.  The letters, made from high impact DR® material, along with the patented lap strip design, give these letters a unique appearance while eliminating the risk of light leaks around the letters.  When used with the recommended blank spacers, the final result is a totally opaque sign face with reverse copy.
