SmarTrac Series ( I/S60, I/S85, I/S110, I/S130 )
The SmarTrac series cutters are “out of the box” up and running in less than 30 minutes, with tracking accuracy tested to 150 feet. Precise cutting of small characters (1/10 inch), from a revolutionary friction free head, tested to 300,000,000 cycles. The SmarTrac will draw and pounce paper patterns and will cut all popular signmaking materials. It is also able to draw directly on banner material and, through manual alignment with the printed registration marks, "contour-cut" images produced on ink-jet and thermal resin equipment. All models include Ioline’s exclusive Blade Saver strip to guarantee maximum life from each blade. The newly designed Multi-Tool Jaw provides quick change-over from cutting to drawing to pouncing -- and is capable of using standard markers and pens available from any office supply store.

IolineTM SmarTracTM Contour Signcutter
This is an affordable solution for contour cutting decals as well as wide format graphics. In addition to the above features, this cutter's electronic sensor locates registration marks printed on the graphic, then adjusts for differences in plot orientation, position and scale and accurately cuts around a design's defined outline.

Camm-1 GX-24 Servo Desktop Vinyl Cutter

An advanced digital control servo motor and 32-bit RISC CPU gives the CAMM-1 PRO unbeatable cutting performance. Designed to produce signs and displays at high speeds with unmatched accuracy, the CAMM-1 PRO minimizes set-up time by storing settings and parameters for the materials most frequently used. The Pro Series comes with a dedicated stand and sheet roll holder in addition to a newly developed feed mechanism. Once a vinyl roll of up to 50 yards in length is loaded, continuous cutting of multiple designs or large-scale signs and banners can be produced with unattended operation.

The Stika Series of cutters is designed for sign makers who are not going to cut large numbers of vinyl signs, but need to occasionally cut vinyl to enhance other areas of their business. They will cut vinyls, reflectives, paint mask, twill, heat transfer and etching material. The Stika Cutter comes with Roland CutStudio software which enables you to reduce, re-position, rotate, tile and mirror images. It enlarges images as crisp as original size and cuts TrueType fonts without outlining. CutStudio also supports BMP, JPG, STX, AI, and EPS file formats. CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator plug-ins are included for Windows 98/SE/ME/2000/XP as well as an Adobe Illustrator plug-in for Mac OS9. While Dixie Neon does not stock these cutters, they are available for immediate delivery.
