Anchor Rubber Sandblast Mask 

Dixie Neon stocks Anchor’s sandblast rubber from Intertape Polymer Group in a variety of sizes and adhesive tack.  High tack stencil is designed for use on raw substrates.  Do not use on pretreated or glass surfaces.  Medium tack stencil is designed for use on primed or prepainted substates, glass, synthetic stone, ceramic tile and plastic.  It is recommended to use a 60 degree blade when cutting these stencils on a cutter.

Style 111 – This is a medium-tack stencil for use on prepainted or soft wood surfaces.  It is stocked in 25” wide rolls and is specifically designed for easy hand-cutting.  When blasting on raw wood, filler # 211 is recommended.

Style 116 – This is a high-tack computer stencil for use on raw wood surfaces and Sign Foam type substrates.   It is stocked in a 15” wide roll with trimmed and perforated edges on a strong, clear film liner that offers easy alignment and smooth precise running on vinyl cutters. 

Style 117 – This is a medium tack version of style # 116 above and is for use on painted and pretreated surfaces.

Style 125 – This is a high-tack stencil designed for sandblasting on raw wood and Sign Foam.  The strength of the adhesive eliminates the need for filler or spray adhesives.  It is available in 25” wide rolls only. 

Style 153 – Designed specifically for friction fed plotters, this product can be used safely on pretreated and prepainted surfaces, Sign Foam, glass tile and acrylic.  The rubber is trimmed back ½” on each side so the wheels can clamp down on the 5mil polyester film liner.  It is stocked in a 19 7/8” width. 

Filler # 211 – Specially designed and formulated to produce superior results with stencil styles #111, and #117.
