Lord Adhesives 406/19 bonds aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass and copper.  It also cross-bonds to factory painted metals and to plastics such as Celtec and Komatex.  Lord 406/19 is an alternative to welding, bolting, riveting and two-sided tape.  It is available in 50 ml and 380 ml cartridges.  We also stock the Lord 4/1 plungers for 50 ml guns, 380 ml manual hand guns and static mixers (mixing tips) for 380 ml cartridges.

 In 2005, Lord introduced 406/19 with Glass Beads, a new version of their 406/19 adhesive.  The tiny glass beads in the adhesive enhance the bonding process by preventing the two surfaces from forcing the adhesive out when they are pressed together.

406/19 is available in 50 ml and 380 ml cartridges.  406/19 with glass beads is available in a 300 ml cartridge with attached 75 ml accelerator cartridge.  We stock both products as well as the plungers, manual hand guns and static mixers (mixing tips) for each.

Note: 406/19 and 406/19 with glass beads require different applicator guns.
